Your information
Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated August 26, 2026
Aaron William Technology Solutions LLC ("Aaron William," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information through this website and during initial communications about a potential project.
1. Scope of this Policy
This Policy applies to AaronWilliamTech.com, the contact form on this website, and related email, telephone, or text communications concerning an inquiry.
If you become a client, a proposal, service agreement, warranty document, or project-specific notice may describe additional information practices associated with designing, installing, configuring, or supporting home technology. Those documents supplement this Policy where applicable.
2. Information we collect
| Category | Examples | How we obtain it |
|---|---|---|
| Contact information | Full name, email address, and an optional phone number. | Directly from you when you submit an inquiry or contact us. |
| Project information | Service interests, anticipated timing, goals, current challenges, rooms or systems involved, and other details in your message. | Directly from you. |
| Communication and consent records | Your Privacy Policy and Terms acknowledgment, optional call or text permission, submission time, and our communications with you. | From your form selections and later communications. |
| Technical and security data | IP address, browser or device type, referring page, request timestamps, and security or diagnostic logs. | Automatically through hosting, delivery, and security providers. |
Please do not submit passwords, alarm or door-access codes, network credentials, payment-card information, government identification numbers, health information, or other sensitive information through the contact form. Do not provide another person's personal information unless you are authorized to do so.
3. Sources of information
We collect personal information directly from you, automatically from the browser or device used to access the website, and from service providers that help us deliver inquiries, email, hosting, security, or technical support. We do not purchase consumer lists for use with this website.
4. How we use information
- Respond to your inquiry and communicate about your requested services.
- Understand project goals, assess whether we may be a good fit, and prepare recommendations, estimates, or next steps.
- Schedule consultations, site visits, installation work, or support.
- Maintain consent, communication, project, accounting, and other appropriate business records.
- Operate, troubleshoot, protect, and improve the website and contact process.
- Prevent spam, fraud, misuse, security incidents, and other harmful activity.
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims and comply with applicable law, lawful process, and enforceable agreements.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
As of the effective date, we have not intentionally enabled advertising pixels or third-party analytics cookies on this website. Our hosting, form-delivery, and security providers may use essential technologies, request logs, or similar tools to deliver pages, transmit inquiries, prevent abuse, and maintain security.
The contact form currently uses a hidden honeypot field and provider-side abuse controls rather than a visible CAPTCHA. These controls are intended to reduce automated submissions but cannot prevent all spam or misuse.
Because we do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, the website does not currently offer a separate sale or targeted-advertising opt-out control. If our use of cookies or advertising technologies materially changes, we will update this Policy and provide any legally required notice or choice.
7. Email, calls, and text messages
We may respond by email using the address you provide. Providing a phone number is optional. If you provide a phone number and separately check the call or text permission box, we may call or text that number only about the inquiry you submitted and reasonably related follow-up. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
Consent to calls or texts is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, clearly telling us during a call, or emailing info@aaronwilliamtech.com. We will honor reasonable opt-out requests as required by applicable law. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before the withdrawal.
We do not use this optional permission to enroll you in unrelated recurring marketing messages, and we do not provide your phone number to another business for that business's own marketing.
8. Retention
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including responding to inquiries, considering or completing projects, providing support, honoring opt-outs, maintaining appropriate business and tax records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal obligations.
Retention periods vary according to the nature of the inquiry and whether it becomes a client relationship. FormSubmit states that it may retain form submissions for 30 days. We may retain a limited suppression or consent record after an opt-out so we can honor the request. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we take reasonable steps to delete, de-identify, or securely dispose of it.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. We also seek to limit collection and access to information reasonably needed for business purposes.
No website, email system, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for choosing what information to send through the website, and you should use another agreed method before sharing sensitive project credentials.
10. Processing and storage in the United States
Aaron William is based in Texas, and the providers used for website hosting, form delivery, email, and business operations may process or store information in the United States. If you access the website from another country, your information may be transferred to a jurisdiction whose data-protection rules differ from those where you live.
11. Your privacy rights and choices
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have the right to:
- Confirm whether we process your personal information and request access to it.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Request deletion of personal information you provided or that we obtained about you.
- Request a portable copy of certain information.
- Opt out of targeted advertising, sale of personal information, or certain profiling, where applicable.
- Withdraw optional communication consent and exercise rights without unlawful discrimination or retaliation.
To submit a request, email info@aaronwilliamtech.com with the subject “Privacy Request” or use our contact form. Describe the request and the email address connected with your inquiry. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and protect against fraudulent requests.
Rights may be limited by applicable exemptions and exceptions, including those based on business size and legal, security, recordkeeping, or dispute-related needs. Even when a particular privacy law does not require us to fulfill a request, we may honor a reasonable request when doing so is practical and does not conflict with another obligation.
If we deny a request and applicable law provides an appeal right, email us with the subject “Privacy Appeal” and explain why you believe the decision should be reconsidered. Texas residents may also learn about consumer privacy rights through the Texas Attorney General.
12. Children's privacy
This website and our services are intended for adults seeking home-technology services. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
13. Third-party websites and services
The website may link to third-party websites, products, or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, not this Policy. We encourage you to review those notices before providing information. Form submissions are transmitted using FormSubmit, whose privacy notice may also apply to its processing.
14. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy when our website, providers, services, or legal obligations change. The “Effective and last updated” date identifies the current version. Material changes will be presented through the website or another reasonable method when required by law.
